An anonymous donor gifted BED with thousands of digital images documenting BDSM/Leather from the 1960s to the 1990s. Mistress Michelle (seen far left) was a widely-known professional dominatrix of the 1970s and digitized magazines, portraits, and other Scene ephemera over a period of decades.
It will take us about 1-2 years to sort through the thousands of images in her files. Our aim is to sift and cull the best for you. As best we know, all the images in this collection are out of copyright and may be used by educators, teachers, scholars, historians, and others to educate on the documentable history of the BDSM Scene.
