After a few weeks of R&R, we’re back to announce three superb new additions to the BED EDUCATORS DIRECTORY. Please join us in congratulating seasoned kink educators Nickie “Ida” Fuentes, MS LPC, and Master Todd and slave elizabeth. Our three new listees bring a wealth of wisdom and experience to our quickly-growing directory of professional kink educators. We’re honored to include them and the other 28 educators who have passed muster thus far.
With 31 seasoned professionals now at your fingertips, visit the updated BED Educators’ Directory to see who’s who and start planning your events with them in mind. Stop inviting unknowns who may cause you problems or headaches, and embrace educators you can trust. Every person we list has been carefully vetted by a panel of seven demographically diverse BDSMers as a seasoned expert in their field, capable of providing your organizations and events with well-organized, relevant and ethical classes, lectures, keynotes, and workshops. Once accepted into a directory, members get lifetime free listings.
We have also added a new group to our Directory of Groups and Organizations. Big shout-out to the fabulous folks at GWNN (Group with No Name), in Austin, TX, for letting us review their creds and add them to our growing register of places which offer meaningful opportunities for adults to get educated and to form community with other BDSMers. If you are wondering what makes for a successful candidate for the Educators Directory, read our FAQ for Educators and find out if you qualify. Our Board of Directors vets every applicant on what they put in their application, not on politics or connections. We’ll work with you if we feel you deserve a place but need more info in your application. Your track record of education and teaching counts. In reviewing applications, we place the emphasis on your Community and/or professional credentials for teaching and disseminating SSC information about kink. We also use your credentials to evaluate your commitment to building a better world for everyone who falls under the BDSM/fetish umbrella, including Leather, M/s, POC kink, LGBTQ kink, and other special interests.
