BED is honored to share exciting news from the Leather Hall of Fame*. Three pillars of BDSM/Fetish history were just voted in as the 2019 Inductees and we are feeling joy over these picks.
The three inductees for the new year are the revolutionary lesbian BDSM collective Samois, whose ground-breaking essays in “Coming to Power,” reframed WIITWD; the pioneer of modern primitivism and pain as a journey of enlightenment, Fakir Musafar; and our proudest Community institution, the Leather Archives & Museum, a glorious repository of Leather history and a respected museum stop on Chicago’s official maps. Their installation will take place in Cleveland, April 2019.
